Dr. Veenus Jain is a historian and joined Amity University as Jr Vice-President and is currently serving as Professor at Amity Institute of Liberal Arts, Amity University, Mumbai. She established the department of History at Amity University and is the stream coordinator of History for Amity University Globally. She is serving as editorial member of many referred and indexed international and national journals and has authored many books of international repute. She has been felicitated with numerous awards and honours. At a very young age Dr. Veenus Jain has published numerous research papers on religion, culture and role of women in religious activities. She is a Distinguished Fellowship of National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. She is frequently invited by various TV channels for shows related to education. She regularly appears on Radio 90.8 FM for discussion on various topics. She is constantly invited as a keynote speaker and subject expert to national and international conferences.
