Recipe Title : Nuts and Seeds Powerball

This is a superfood packed with power! The ideal go-to snack or a snack on the go, the Nuts and Seeds Powerball make you feel full and nourished for a long time. And they are easy to make and can be refrigerated for a long time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pitted dates.
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces roasted.
  • 1/2 cup almonds roasted.
  • 1 cup rolled oats roasted.
  • 1/4 cup kharek powder/Dried dates powder.
  • 3/4 cup roasted flaxseeds and sesame seeds.
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts.
  • 1/2 tsp lavender extract (optional).

Method:

  • Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a food processor, add almonds, walnuts, sesame, flaxseeds, and oats and coarsely blend.
  • Shift it to a bowl and add hemp hearts.
  • In a food processor, add dates and blend them into a paste. Pour it into the bowl.
  • Add kharek powder, and lavender extract into the bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
  • Roll it into balls, place on the mat and refrigerate it for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Serve it with love.
