Recipe Title : Tangy Zesty Green Smoothie

Nipa Mangat

Why green smoothie?

Green Smoothie is the powerhouse of nutrition.

Green leaves are undeniable superstars in the world of nutrition. Low in calories, yet high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients which are essential for the function of our body.

The best and easiest way to consume raw greens would be in a smoothie as it is difficult for us to chew so many greens raw for better assimilation and absorption. Green smoothies are high in proteins, calcium, carbohydrate, vitamins, and minerals.

To make the greens tasty and delicious we add pulpy fruits. Especially ripe bananas (fresh or frozen). Please do not mix nuts, seeds, or grains like oats in the green smoothie.
